Question 1

What happens to my bet if a match is abandoned or suspended mid-way?

Accepted Answer

At 9a999 vip, bet settlement for cancelled or suspended matches depends on the sport and how much of the match has been completed.

For cricket: If an ODI match starts but is later abandoned due to rain or any other reason, and a result is determined via the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets are settled according to that result. However, if the match is called off before a single ball is bowled, all bets are voided and full stakes are returned.

For Football: For football, a match is generally considered valid if at least 45 minutes of the scheduled 90 have been played. If it ends before that, bets are voided and stakes refunded.

For Live Betting: Bets placed during a live match remain valid unless cancelled. If a match is abandoned, all live bets are voided and stakes refunded.

Refunds are usually credited to your account within 24 hours. If there's a delay, contact support with your bet ID.

Classic Slots (3-Reel): Simple rules, fewer paylines, classic fruit-and-bell design — ideal for beginners. Minimum bet ৳2.

Question 4

Can separate family members open individual accounts from the same household?

Accepted Answer

Under 9a999 vip's policy, each person may hold only one account. However, different members of the same household — for example, a father and son, or a husband and wife — may each have their own account, provided that:

1. Each account must be linked to a separate National ID (NID).
2. Each account must have a unique mobile number and email address.
3. Each account's KYC must be verified using that account holder's own identity document.
4. Operating two accounts from the same device is tracked by the system — if bonus sharing or fraudulent activity is detected, both accounts will be subject to investigation.

Strictly prohibited: Holding two accounts under the same identity. If caught, all balances may be forfeited and both accounts permanently closed. If you're unsure, check with support beforehand.

Question 5

Is 9a999 vip really trustworthy — is it safe to deposit money?

Accepted Answer

Proof of trustworthiness:
– All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
– KYC (identity verification) is mandatory — protecting users against fraudulent accounts.
– Withdrawals are processed in up to 30 minutes, and thousands of Bangladeshi members successfully withdraw every day.

– Responsible Gaming tools (self-exclusion, deposit limits) – Badge of a responsible operator.

That said, all forms of online betting carry risk — go in with that understanding and always follow responsible gaming guidelines.
